Intake: 800 BMR: 2560 calories/day; 820 cals on elliptical, 110 cals for walking to and home from school, about 100 cals for reading/sitting etc. Deficit: 1760 – rounding down to 1600 Therefore that’s a daily deficit of 1760 calories every day, however due to certain factors (e.g. no walking on Monday mornings) I’m going to round down my daily figure to 1600, which is a deficit of 8000 calories from Monday to Friday alone – which is actually my weekly deficit plan, therefore any extra I do on the weekends will speed up my progress further! Weekend Intake: 1200 BMR: 2600 calories/day Deficit: 1400 1000 calories on elliptical, 30 minute walk and 120 minutes sitting/reading etc. Be sure to get your 30 minute walk for fresh air and to sleep well! TOTAL WEEKLY DEFECIT: 8000 + 2800 = 10800 I’m going to round this down again just incase! Therefore total weekly defecit: 10500 calories. 10500/3500 = 3 Therefore that should equal : 3 LBS LOST PER WEEK However, this seems pretty high so I would be delighted with a 1-2 lb weight loss per week!
